Terms and Conditions

As a client of SearchSpanishProperty.com you are eligible to a considerable reimbursement (typically 0.5 - 1% of the final price) upon purchasing a property from one of our associated Estate Agents advertising on this site. The amount of money you could be reimbursed is indicated on the property details page (underneath the description) and is a fixed percentage of the sale price, and therefore subject to variation.

Note
On this site you will also find owners or estate agents advertising directly. Underneath the property description it will read either ‘contact owner’ or ‘contact estate agent’ and on these properties there is no reimbursement possible and all clients must deal directly with the vendor.

To become a client of SearchSpanishProperty.com and therefore eligible for considerable savings upon purchasing a property, all you need to do is send us an email. Either leave a message in the space provided on the property details page with your email address, full name and a description of the type of property you seek. Once you have done that we will start a personalized property search for you, and, of course negotiate the best terms possible.

If you have already found a property that you are interested in email us with your name, email address and the reference number. Once we have registered you with the relevant estate agent as a client of SearchSpanishProperty.com (to ensure you receive a reimbursement) you will be sent their contact details. In the meantime if there are any other properties we believe also match your requirements we will send you those details too.

Once you are in Spain we are committed to ensuring that your property purchase goes as smoothly as possible. We are here to advise you along the way and organize qualified and experienced translators and property lawyers if you need them. If you don’t find what you want with the first estate agent we will endeavor to make sure that you view as many alternative properties as possible during your trip. When and How Will I Be Reimbursed?

  1. Register as a client of SearchSpanishProperty.com (to register simly send us an email with your name and property requirements.)
  2.  Purchase a property from one of our associated estate agents.
  3. Contact SearchSpanishProperty.com with your full name, the final purchase price, the name of the estate agent that sold you the property and your bank details.
  4. Once SearchSpanishProperty.com has received money from the sale of your property from the relevant Estate Agent you will be reimbursed as soon as banks can facilitate the transaction.

Although this may sound a little complicated at first glance, all it takes from you, the client, is one email to us and then wait for notification of payment into your account via email confirmation.

  • SearchSpanishProperty.com is not responsible for the photos or descriptions of any of the properties on this web site.
  • The vendor/estate agent is responsible for the portrayal of the properties.
  • All prices are accurate at the time of publication.
  • When you email SearchSpanishProperty.com your contact details may be stored in our database, unless you expressly request us not to do so, to allow us to inform you when suitable properties come onto the market. Your contact details will never be shared by us with anyone except the vendor of the property that you have expressed interest in.
