- The actual amount to be reimbursed will depend on the final price paid.
- Reimbursements can only be made once the buyer has presented Search Spanish Property.com with the final purchase price, name of the estate agent and details of the property purchased.
- Search Spanish Property.com can only facilitate reimbursements once it has received its own commission from the estate agent that sold the property.
